Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Cali Limo (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) for the provision of limousine services. By booking a service, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations and Bookings

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed by the Company via email, phone, or other approved methods. A booking is only deemed confirmed when the Company has provided written or verbal confirmation.
  • Client Details: The Client is responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup and drop-off locations, times, and any special requests at the time of booking.

3. Rates and Payments

  • Pricing: Rates are based on the vehicle type, duration, and distance of service. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, and other unforeseen expenses.
  • Payment Methods: The Company accepts [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit cards, bank transfers, etc.]. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the service. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Final Payment: Full payment must be completed upon or before the completion of the service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges. Cancellations made after will incur a fee of $100.
  • No-Show Policy: If the Client fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of trip price will be charged.
  • Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather conditions, or other emergencies. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or alternative arrangements will be made.

5. Conduct and Safety

  • Passenger Conduct: The Client and passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Any illegal activity, abusive behavior, or property damage may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
  • Seat Belts: All passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Prohibited Items: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicles. The Client will be held liable for any cleaning or repair costs resulting from non-compliance.

6. Waiting Time and Additional Charges

  • Waiting Time: The Company allows 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time at the pickup location and 1 hour complimentary waiting time for airport pick up. Additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of $1.5 per minutes.
  • Extra Stops: Any additional stops not included in the original booking may incur extra charges, which will be communicated by the chauffeur or Company representative.

7. Liability and Limitations

  • Company Liability: The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or accidents.
  • Client Property: The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. Clients are advised to check for belongings before exiting the vehicle.
  • Damage to Vehicle: The Client will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests during the service.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Data Protection: The Company respects the privacy of its Clients and will only use personal information for booking and service-related purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on the Company’s website and will apply to future bookings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the local jurisdiction.
