Service Policy

1. Purpose

This policy aims to outline the terms and conditions of service provided by Cali Limo. By booking our services, clients agree to adhere to these policies to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience.

2. Reservations and Booking

  • Booking Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed with Cali Limo either through our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent once the booking is finalized.
  • Client Information: Accurate pickup details, including time, location, and any special requests, must be provided at the time of booking. Changes to the itinerary must be communicated at least 24 Hours before the scheduled service.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Payment Terms: Payment is required before completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, corporate accounts, etc.].
  • Pricing: Pricing is based on the type of vehicle, duration, and any additional services requested. All applicable taxes and fees will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
  • Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for additional waiting time, unscheduled stops, tolls, parking, or damage caused to the vehicle.

4. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a fee of $100.
  • No-Show: A no-show fee 100% of the trip price will be charged if the client does not arrive at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Punctuality: Clients are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup time. There will be a 15 minutes grace period (1 hour grace period for all airport pick up) beyond the scheduled time before additional waiting time charges apply.
  • Behavior: All passengers must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any form of disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the service without a refund.
  • Seat Belts and Safety: All passengers are required to wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. Clients must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the chauffeur.

6. Prohibited Items and Actions

  • Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Alcohol and Illegal Substances: Alcohol may only be consumed in the vehicle if permitted by law and agreed upon in advance. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Damage to Vehicle: The client will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service, including cleaning fees for excessive mess.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Cali Limo is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. We recommend that clients check for all belongings before leaving the vehicle.
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to arrive on time but recommend scheduling pickups with ample time for unforeseen delays.

8. Chauffeur Conduct

  • All chauffeurs are trained professionals who prioritize client safety and comfort. If you have any concerns during your ride, please report them to our customer service team immediately.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • We respect our clients’ privacy and ensure that all information provided is kept confidential. Personal details will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
